Track Brewing Co is a Manchester-based brewery founded in 2015 by Sam Dyson, inspired by his global cycling journey. Specializing in hop-forward pale ales, IPAs, and DIPAs, they also produce sours, imperial stouts, and lagers. Their taproom, located at Unit 18, Piccadilly Trading Estate, offers 20 keg lines and 3 cask lines of their freshest beers, including the popular Sonoma. The space is dog- and child-friendly, featuring a beer garden and hosting Slice Culture Pizza on select days. Track Brewing Co also runs a running club, ‘One Foot Forward’, combining fitness and beer appreciation.
