INFINITY DDH IPA | 6.3% DDH IPA | Pomona X Beak

A full, thick, deep yellow malt base fermented with our house New England yeast strain, using Mosaic and Idaho 7 hot side for deep pineapple tones. We used Cryo Mosaic in a “hop dip”, a warm, early dry hop, to accentuate those notes and then dry hopped late in tank with Cryo Idaho 7, Cryo Citra, Azacca CGX and Strata to give full, over ripe mango and a sweet orange jelly finish.
