Beak Brewery started as a nomadic project by Daniel Tapper, refining recipes across some of the UK’s top breweries before putting down roots in Lewes, East Sussex. Best known for hop-forward IPAs and unfiltered pales, they also brew pilsners, decadent imperial stouts, saisons, and mixed-fermentation beers using local ingredients. Their Lewes taproom and street-food canteen draw beer lovers with 15 keg lines of brewery-fresh beer, live events, and a warm, local atmosphere.
